You ever find yourself sipping a cup of coffee and daydreaming? I had one of those moments recently, and I started thinking, “What could I actually do more of?” It’s wild how life gets busy, and we can forget there’s a whole world of fun and possibilities waiting for us.

Let’s kick things off with food. Eating healthier? Yeah, that’s definitely on my list of things to do more of. Just picture this: a colorful plate piled high with fresh veggies. Seriously, not only do they look amazing, but they also make my body feel great! I’ve been trying to focus more on getting that fiber in—because those crunchy snacks just hit the spot. Who knew munching on carrots could be so satisfying?

But that’s not all! I could definitely use more exercise in my life. I’ve really been loving long walks lately, especially when the sun’s out. There’s something so refreshing about being outside and just moving. I mean, honestly, who doesn’t feel a little more cheerful after walking around and soaking in some sunshine?

Now let’s talk about fun because life is way too short to not enjoy it. I want to make it a priority to lose some stress and fill my days with things that make me smile. Whether it’s planning a spontaneous outing, trying a new hobby, or just taking some time to chill, I’m all about living life to the fullest. Fun should be on the agenda every day!

And here’s a thought: I should really buy more plants! Seriously, what’s better than adding a little greenery to your space? Every time I bring home a new plant, it feels like a win. There’s just something about having those little bits of nature around that makes the vibe feel so much more alive. Plus, plants are like my little buddies that keep me company.

Now onto something I adore—art! I’ve realized that I need to work on more of my creative side. There’s just something magical about picking up a brush and letting my imagination run wild. Every piece I create feels like a part of me, and the more I dive into it, the more I fall in love with the whole process. It’s such a thrill to see what comes out of it.

So here I am, thinking about all the things I could do more of. More colorful food on my plate, more movement in my day, more laughs, more plants, and definitely more creativity in my life!

What about you? What could you do more of? Let’s embrace all the “mores” together because there’s so much awesome stuff just waiting for us to dive in!

Your writing captures the joy of noticing the little “mores” in life—those simple, meaningful ways we can bring more health, fun, creativity, and connection into our days. I love how you move seamlessly from nourishing your body with colorful food, to energizing walks in the sun, to cultivating plants and creativity—each “more” feels both achievable and inspiring.
