In a cozy little corner of my studio, there’s my newest painting, Bowl of Echoes, which has turned into an unexpected treasure. Made with a glue gun, it has beautiful cracks that look almost like a roadmap of my journey through life. Each crack tells a story; each uneven line is like a little reminder that life isn’t always perfect.

I created this piece to capture my ups and downs—the joyful moments mixed with the tough times. The cracks aren’t flaws; they show how we survive and bounce back. With every swirl of glue, I added bits of my story—like shared meals with friends, the heartache of loss, and the hope that comes from rebuilding.
When you look closely at my newest painting, you can almost hear the echoes of family laughter, the warmth of good times, and even the quiet moments of reflection. Each echo has its own vibe: laughter bubbling up, whispers of love, and the stillness of solitude. My painting, Bowl of Echoes, became more than just a piece of art; it’s a reminder that our experiences—both the good and the bad—shape who we are.
As the sun sets and the candlelight starts to flicker, Bowl of Echoes seems to come alive, throwing playful shadows on the walls. It’s a call to everyone who sees it to reflect on their own stories and find beauty in their own cracks. After all, every life is a mix of wonderful and messy moments, and my newest painting captures all those echoes beautifully.
