Day 10: The Prankster Ghost
Dear Diary,
It seems my patience is wearing thin. Perhaps it’s time to resort to some playful haunting! Today, as the couple returned, I rattled the chandeliers and flickered the lights, hoping to instigate a delightful fright.
The sheer terror on their faces was a sight to behold! They dashed from room to room, searching for an escape that doesn’t exist. I laughed quietly to myself, enjoying this brief moment of entertainment. Yet, part of me knows that I need them to understand that I mean no harm. I just want connection, a shared history in this lonely existence.
Day 15: Disturbing Discoveries
The couple has been in search of paranormal activity, delving into tales of spirits and hauntings. They brought in a medium today, hoping to communicate with any lingering souls. I watched with a mixture of anticipation and trepidation, my ghostly heart racing at this opportunity.
To my astonishment, the medium proclaimed that there was a spirit present—a wise old man who watched over the house. She had no idea that the man was me, trapped in shadows and forgotten tales. The couple spoke to thin air, expressing their desire to know the history of this mansion. Little did they know, the history was alive within me!
